That lump in your throat could be unprocessed trauma! In 2020, I became a Certified Brainspotting Therapist, specializing in treating trauma and getting to the root issue. I work with adults and other therapists who need to process their own trauma. Private entrance available. Church hurt? I'm a Christian and can help you navigate your journey to heal. Adults only. Intensive individual weekend sessions available. Group sessions for churches as well.
I help clients work through life transitions, depression, anxiety, relationships and loss. I am most interested in helping treat individuals who have experienced childhood trauma and I have undergone extensive training in Brainspotting (BSP) which helps clients work through trauma and PTSD more efficiently and effectively with profound results!
Growing up I always wanted to be a doctor so I could help people. That desire to help others has never left and it's what I bring to each counseling session.
