I practice from psychodynamic, humanistic, and attachment-based orientations. I am EMDR-trained and level 2 trained in Internal Family Systems, Gottman Method Couples Therapy & the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy.
EMDR can help to resolve unprocessed trauma. IFS believes that our inner parts contain valuable qualities and our core self knows how to heal. Gottman therapy draws upon decades of research to manage conflict and repair relationships. PACT can help you diffuse conflict by understanding your partner's (and own) attachment style and physiological reactions.
