Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in San Antonio, TX. I am also a retired first responder. I help clients figure out what is keeping them stuck, frustrated or unhappy in their lives. I focus on stress, grief, self-care and trauma. I enjoy teaching individuals and groups about behavioral health, and have worked with clients that have substance use issues, PTSD, anxiety and depression.
