I use EMDR, music-based therapy and expressive interventions which provide a more efficient and impactful way to get where you want to be. I offer 90-min ongoing sessions and short-term intensive sessions, both of which facilitate a less hurried, fuller therapy experience allowing you to reach your goals faster than in the traditional therapy model.
I believe everyone has the capacity to experience more ease in their life.
