We all need a little help sometimes, but it can be a scary experience to talk to someone you've never met before. After being in this field for almost 10 years, my goal is to create a comfortable environment where you can be open & honest. For me, this work is a privilege and an honor. It's incredible to see people regain hope, change, and achieve their goals. I am a therapist who believes in the power of authentic & affirming, collaborative relationships. Drawing from a diverse personal background, I want clients to feel fully seen & understood.
My specialty is treating individuals with ADHD, anxiety, depression, & medical diagnoses. Working in health psych has given me a new perspective & passion for helping healthcare professionals as well as folks who are battling cancer, diabetes, struggles with weight, infertility, or pregnancy loss. I use an integrated approach, but mostly ACT & CBT.
A little bit about me: I am a first born US Citizen on my mom’s side, a mother, a wife, a sister, a career-driven woman, and a dog owner. My work focuses on honoring the various aspects of your identity and inherent resilience. In my free time, I enjoy being with my family & dogs and you'll typically find me hiking or somewhere outdoors.

Groups
Infertility Support & Educational Group
Starting October 8, 2025, this 50 minute virtual group will run for 6 weeks, focusing on connecting, supporting, and learning new ways to cope with the stress & anxiety of infertility treatments. This group will have a maximum of 10 participants & be closed (no one can join mid way through). Cost is $15 - pay as you go (if you miss a group, there is no charge). We will need a minimum of 8 participants to run this group. Note: A pre-group interview is required as it helps me to create a safe and cohesive group environment for everyone involved.
