Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. I have been licensed as a psychologist since 1986 and have been in private practice here in my native Bucks County for over 35 years. I work with adults, adolescents, and seniors, addressing a variety of difficulties, including: depression; family & relationship conflicts; social & school adjustment; grief & loss; and life changes.
As you may have noticed by my photo, I am assisted by a therapy dog. Lucky Duck, who is pictured with me, is no longer with us. However, Hannah, my 3-year-old rescue, will escort you into my office and keep you company during your sessions.
I work with clients ages 12-90+, treating a variety of presenting problems. Most recently, I have added areas of specialty in adolescent struggles, postpartum depression, mindfulness, coping with loss, and aging issues.
The most important part of my approach is that every client is treated with dignity and respect, focusing on meeting your individual treatment needs. My approach also involves a thorough initial evaluation; working with other important professionals, such as your doctor; and an active collaboration with you as the client.
