I have availability to 2 couples and 1 more individual client. I specialize in relationships and sexuality. That includes addressing themes such as gaps in desire, difficulty communicating about sex, kink, ENM, polyamory, infidelity, pain during sex, erectile difficulties, wishing for more pleasure, etc. And to be explicit: LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC folks are most welcome. I take BCBS for individual therapy only. Couples sessions are 75 minutes and cost is out of pocket only. Please email to schedule a short consultation call.
Additional trainings: Gottman Method – Level I and Level II. Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT) – Level I. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) – Externship & Level I. Pragmatic/Experiential Therapy for Couples (PET-C) – Level I. Completed Sex Therapy Certificate through CIIS in 2022. My approach is trauma-informed and client-centered.
For me, it all comes down to curiosity. On the one hand, life is traumatic, horrendous, and full of suffering. On the other, there is awe, graciousness, wildness, and beauty. It is with great respect and care that I approach such vulnerable and important themes like sexuality. I greatly look forward to connecting with you!
