I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker offering therapy for individuals and couples who feel stuck in painful emotional or relational patterns. My focus includes helping clients navigate OCD, phobias, borderline personality traits, complex trauma, ADHD, and depression, especially when these challenges impact relationships. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, particularly those who are neurodivergent or LGBTQIA+. I also enjoy working with individuals in helping professions who are balancing their own mental health while supporting others.
I draw from evidence-based practices while also keeping therapy person-centered and flexible. I believe in meeting clients where they are, building on existing strengths and values, and integrating both insight and action to create meaningful change.
