I have 28 years of experience with 2 degrees in Psychology, and have worked as a Supervised Psychologist. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I provide services with an open and empathetic mind. I work with teens and adults. Therapy is a partnership between a client and therapist. Together we can find the most beneficial path for your recovery.
I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, stress, career changes, mood disorders, religous trauma and gender dysphoria. I help those who are LGBTQIA++ and straight. I work with Teens who are having issues with emotions, behaviors, and/or grades. I am accepting clients via telemental health. I take some insurances.
