I offer a safe and personal space that is judgement free, where you can unpack the past, process fears and concerns, and face present challenges. My approach is interactive, supportive, and personal. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Solutions Focused and Narrative Therapy interventions in the clinical setting with adults, Narrative and Play Therapy when working with children, and Christian Counseling when working with individuals who prefer therapy that is grounded in Christian principles and bible based.
