Hello, I am Yvette Wilhite, a Licensed Marriage, and Family Therapist, based in Sacramento, California, where I work with clients statewide via telehealth. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based techniques. With a client-centered approach, I prioritize creating a safe and empathetic space to explore and address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. In my sessions, I aim to create a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly and honestly.
