I am a licensed clinical social worker. I obtained my BA in psychology and social behavior from UC Irvine and my MSW from USC. My training includes, but is not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, EMDR(Eye Movement Desensitization and Processing), crisis intervention, problem solving, solution focused, and ACT.
