I have experience working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, mood stability, as well as relationship and family issues. Allow me to validate your emotions and process your concerns in a client centered and strength-based form.
I take a systemic approach, helping clients to look back to their past to help unravel and explain some of the actions of their present, taking into account who influenced their morals, modeled what values, and normalized experiences for them throughout their earlier life. I am additionally trained in EMDR to help process traumas.
I enjoy guiding and motivating clients be their own agent of change and cannot wait to help you discover and process through a variety of issues, whether they be uncomfortable daily habits or previous traumas, realized and subconscious.
