Uncertainty is a quiet invitation to grow and become more of who you are. Therapy can be a space to safely explore this becoming: to build confidence in your capacity for change, overcome stuck patterns, rediscover parts of yourself you may have lost touch with, and find meaning in your relationship with others, life, and yourself. As a queer half-Filipino woman I know what it's like to live between worlds. My lived experience supplements my work with clients from all walks of life and backgrounds as we explore together the worlds of which they are a part.
I work with a variety of concerns and am especially interested in relationship dynamics and conflict (romantic, platonic, or familial) and helping clients reconnect with themselves. My sessions are infused with authenticity and compassion, and my approach is crafted collaboratively. I will challenge my clients with warmth as needed.
Whether or not starting therapy feels uncertain to you, it is courageous to take this step towards discovery and rediscovery, and it will be a privilege to walk beside you in the process. If interested in starting, click the website button to fill out the encrypted and confidential form. You'll receive an email from our office within 1-2 business days.

Our early sessions focus on understanding what brings you in, your background, what you hope for, and creating a road map together. I know trust takes time, and I work to create a space where you feel seen, safe to explore deeper parts of yourself and your relationships, while finding moments of lightness and laughter along the way.
