In my almost 30 years of practice as a psychotherapist I have treated children, teens, adults and their families. The aim has always been to listen, support, guide and help others understand themselves better as well as discover more satisfactory means of managing their feelings and circumstances to maximize their potential for healthy relationships, self-concept and see possibilities for themselves.
Post graduate training in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis has guided my thinking and given me an appreciation for individual's inner lives, histories and relationships.
Currently I am accepting referrals of young adults and women of any age who may be struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma. Patients can be seen in-office, via tele-health or hybrid.
