My focus is on supporting individuals with past and/or current traumas, OCD, relationship challenges, depression, and life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying the weight of past experiences or ongoing stress. I provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe processing their experiences and better understand them.

Trained in EMDR, an evidence-based approach that helps process unresolved experiences & reduce distress related to trauma, anxiety, depression, & relationship challenges. I am also trained in ERP for individuals struggling with OCD, intrusive thoughts, and compulsive behaviors. In addition, I support parents in strengthening connections with their children.

My goal is to meet you with compassion and help you build insight, healing, healthier relationships, and emotional balance.
