Are you lonely? Maybe your relationships provide more negative feelings than positive ones, or your family environment feels like a war zone. Either way, you hurt. Understanding and learning how to express your pain in a way that can be heard is a process. I provide a non-judgmental space for you to both, discover and express yourself to those you love. Learning to love well can heal wounds while providing a pathway for a healthier future. Together, we will work to find meaning and purpose in your pain. Always holding hope for healing and a brighter tomorrow.
Helping a person or couple grow both within themselves and in relationship to others is my primary focus. A safe place to be heard and understood is provided as the first steps towards this end. Couple work focuses on identifying the negative cycle rather than seeking a party to blame.
I know what it feels like to be dismissed, not heard, not seen and treated in a dehumanizing way. I also know first-hand that one does not have to stay stuck in that place of pain or discouragement. There is a way through. Valuing every human being and believing we all have significance and purpose regardless of abilities or in-abilities; I'd like to help
