I work with individuals with anxiety, depression, life transitions, perfectionism, and relational difficulties. I am enthusiastic about working with immigrants and international populations, supporting them when they face discrimination and prejudice. I also enjoy empowering female-identified, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC populations. I am experienced in working with individuals who suffer from perfectionistic, over-functioning, or type-a behaviors. I have a particular interest in guiding my clients through all aspects of interpersonal relationships including relationship difficulties, communication, attachments, and sexual satisfaction.
I offer a non-judgmental, welcoming space for clients to share openly. I emphasize empowerment for marginalized groups, helping clients find their voice in society. Using psychodynamic approaches, I encourage exploring self and relationships. I also draw on existential therapy, supporting clients in their search for love, meaning, and happiness
