Meeting with clients for years, I recognize that many find themselves trapped with shame. Shame causes intense emotional distresses such as depression and anxiety. Likewise, personal life struggles can also become entangled in it. Even talking to a therapist requires a lot of courage because of shame. When we feel stuck, self-criticism and self-doubt compound this feeling of inability. Therapy is not an easy process, and dealing with the discomfort will bring about self-validation and self-respect because of the limitations that shame brings us.
My focus area is strength-based, and I treat every client as unique individual. Human to human connection in therapy is very powerful for validation and emotion regulation, and I will assist you to overcome your challenges. I believe that everyone deserves a life worth living, and there is much more right with you than wrong with you.
I utilized evidence based approach such as CBT, DBT, ACT and Exposure Response Prevention strategies, but the most important things is to get what you need and achieve your goal. I am ready to do the work together.
