I offer an integrative approach that may include counseling, hypnotherapy, KAP preparation and integration, meditation, somatic support, mindfulness, guided imagery, subconscious healing, and nervous system regulation. I specialize in helping adults work through anxiety, overwhelm, and recurring emotional patterns with gentle, grounded support.
