Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to carry everything by yourself. I hope to offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. Whether you’re navigating a painful past, a difficult present, or an uncertain future, my goal is to help you find clarity, strengthen your resilience, and move forward with confidence. If you’re willing to be reflective and open, I’ll meet you with that same level of commitment. I work best with people who want to understand the “why” behind their experiences, not just the “what.”
I specialize in helping individuals navigate complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, personality disorders, and first-generation multicultural experiences. I use an integrative therapeutic style, drawing from psychodynamic, person-centered, and cognitive behavioral approaches (CBT) to meet each client’s unique needs.
Whether you are ready to begin therapy or simply exploring the idea, I invite you to reach out. I work with individuals and couples of all ages, offering both in-person and virtual sessions. You deserve support that feels right for you. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, healing, self-understanding, and a more fulfilling, authentic life.
