Most people who come to me have tried therapy before. They’re self-aware, often high-functioning, and still find themselves repeating the same painful patterns — in relationships, at work, or in how they treat themselves. They’ve gained the insight, and something still isn’t shifting. I work best with people who are curious, growth-oriented, and ready to do something different, and who want a consistent, supportive space to explore it. Adults navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic self-criticism, people-pleasing, and questions of identity and meaning.
My approach is psychodynamic and relational. I adapt how we work based on what you bring and what actually moves things: EMDR, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, somatic methods, or parts work (IFS). I’m direct and engaged, and I’ll hold you accountable to the changes you’re working toward.
My style is warm, honest, and direct. I bring humor alongside depth. Being Japanese, Armenian, and Cuban shapes how I think about identity, belonging, and intergenerational experience.
