Often times, we display difficulties in coping that hinder us from reaching our full potential and enjoying life. Counseling is one way to help you reach your full potential.
I have 22 years of experience working with individuals, family, and couples addressing many issues: ADHD, ODD, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Suicidal Ideation, Bipolar Disorder. I have a passion for teens and families due to world they face today that is different than the one we grew up in.
I have a gift for connecting easily with people and I am intrigued by the unique differences and experiences that we all have.
