Hi, I’m Yuliya. I work with individuals and couples. I help people facing anxiety, life transitions, grief, cultural adjustment, and questions of identity and meaning.
My approach is existential, relational, and culturally sensitive. I strive to help clients reconnect with their authenticity and commit to living a fulfilled life. I integrate existential therapy, ACT, and Gestalt in a warm, collaborative style.
