If stress, anxiety, anger, or depression have been problematic for you and you feel stuck, I can help you identify your strengths and develop the tools to overcome these challenges. I enjoy working with people who find themselves ready for a change but perhaps unsure of how to make that happen for themselves. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I am glad to take this journey with you!
I provide individual psychotherapy to adults experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse, relationship difficulties, and more. I offer a person-centered and evidence-based approach in therapy to meet individuals where their needs are while ensuring a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship.
