Many women feel blindsided when anxiety, mood changes, or emotional overwhelm appear during pregnancy, early motherhood, or midlife. I help women understand what’s happening and regain emotional stability during these transitions. I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in women’s mental health during major life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. I work with women experiencing anxiety, mood changes, trauma, identity shifts, and relationship stress during these emotionally and physically demanding stages of life.

My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based, integrating nervous system regulation with evidence-based therapy to help clients regain emotional stability, clarity, and a sense of self. I utilize EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and many other modalities tailored to what works for you.
