Trained in both in nutrition and counseling, I incorporate knowledge of the physiologic and nutrition processes that promote and contribute to healing, and approach treatment through the combination of psychotherapy and integrative and functional medicine dietetics. My expertise also includes Attachment Focused EMDR for treatment of trauma.
Together we can develop solutions that extend beyond symptom management, to obtain your optimal sense of well-being. I work from the psychodynamic and person-centered orientations for treatments of depression, anxiety, and issues related to living with diabetes, body image, obesity, and personal growth.
