Hi! I am Yulia. I work with: - ADULTS with trauma, C-PTSD, PTSD, attachment wounding, anxiety and depression - TEENS with ADHD, difficulties with emotional regulation, anxiety, suicidality depression - KIDS, who have social anxiety, have hard time regulating anger, have tantrums - COUPLES with high intensity conflicts and need to find a better way to communicate

My approach is somatic, relational and trauma-informed. I have worked a lot with all sort of trauma and am very sensitive and skilled in that. I am Russian, Ukrainian, Jewish, which makes me attentive and aware of cultural differences. I am LGBTQ+ welcoming and ADHD affirming. I love to support immigrants, who need help with immigration trauma
