Glad you are here! Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, ADHD, stress, or just feeling like life has become a little too much to carry on your own, you don't have to figure it out alone. I love helping children, teens, and adults discover healthy ways to understand their emotions, build confidence, and develop practical coping skills that make everyday life feel a little easier. As a former educator, I have a special place in my heart for working with elementary-aged children, but I truly enjoy supporting clients of all ages.
Art therapy is my primary approach because creativity can help express what words sometimes can't. No artistic experience is needed! Together, we'll use creative expression to explore emotions, build coping skills, and support your growth. However, because every client is unique, I tailor therapy using the approaches that best fit your individual needs.
