I am passionate about helping children, teens, and adults navigate anxiety, ADHD, overwhelm, and stress through the creative process. I believe art can provide a safe and meaningful way to slow down, reflect, and better understand ourselves.
Using art therapy interventions, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and body awareness practices, I support clients in recognizing how stress shows up emotionally and physically. Together, we explore creative tools that encourage self-expression, emotional regulation, grounding, and self-awareness.
I strive to create a compassionate and supportive environment where clients can feel seen, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.
