Enhance your sense of belonging and reduce isolation through community connection. We will explore cultural identity conflicts, acculturation stress, internalized homophobia, transphobia and/or misogyny. This is a space to express any guilt around identity, seeking help, shame, family expectations (especially filial piety pressure), and vulnerability.
