She specializes in working with adults, international students, and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.
I provide a warm, supportive, and culturally sensitive environment where clients can feel understood and respected. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), supportive psychotherapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
