| 中文 I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). I provide couple and individual therapy. I believe along with a variety of therapeutic methods it is ultimately the relationship that is the main catalyst for healing. My work has been focusing on assisting couples to improve their communication and to assist clients to explore and to awake their inner strength, to develop skills and abilities for self sufficiency, and to work on moving forward from their past experiences.
I enjoy working with adults and couples.I have had experience working with a broad range and severity of clinical issues, on but not limit to anxiety, stress management, personal growth, inner strength development, motivation, self esteem, confidence, relational issues, and immigration/acculturation issues.
