I’m Yovanna Cook, a bilingual, Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and older adults through life’s challenges. I am deeply committed to providing culturally responsive and inclusive care practice.
I specialize in trauma-informed care, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief and loss. My clinical practice utilizes evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, Trauma Narrative, and EMDR therapy.
I provide services in both English and Spanish to better support individuals and families who may face language barriers to accessing mental health care. I believe that language and culture are essential components of the healing process. I am dedicated to ensuring that every client feels heard, understood, and valued.
