I am passionate about supporting individuals and families with neurodivergent in their systems. I also address issues around codependency helping clients find ways to positively impact their quality of life.
I strive to serve and empower the social needs of youth, and adults struggling with systemic pressures treating the whole body and utilizing trauma and neuroscience based interventions.
My specialization is supporting adults and children with executive functioning issues, dealing with codependency, neurological and mental health issues. I offer Family therapy, case management, individual therapy, fitness, teaching social skills, providing home based therapy, parent coaching.
As a continuing athlete and college tennis player who competed regularly, I integrate nutrition and exercise as part of my interventions with clients due to the strong correlation between exercise, a healthy diet and improved mental wellness. I support neurodivergence, ADHD children and adults using these tools. I am accepting new clients .
