About
Asking for help is not an easy task, but it is one that shows great strength and courage. It is not the easiest thing in the world to ask someone for help with relationships, parenting, family issues, or self-discovery. Truth is, we can all use a little help navigating this thing called life and it can be an easier process with someone by your side.
Talking to someone can be difficult and I offer support by pulling from a few therapeutic techniques to help individuals and families feel comfortable with working through issues related to mental health including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, family and marital conflict.
From a person-in-environment framework, understanding and helping you understand how various factors help shape how you make decisions that can cause stress and conflict in efforts to create positive change are how I help individuals, families, and couples identify their strengths and needs; encouraging them to build on their strengths to meet their needs.
