Both of us have extensive training in Mindfulness, Nervous System Regulation, Somatic Experiencing in Breathwork Journeys through the lenses of Transpersonal Psychology by Dr. Stan Grof, Parts Work, & Psychedelic & Plant Medicine Preparation & Integration.
