In therapy, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic and Solution-Focused approaches; however, I recognize and respect that all clients are different and may require a different approach, so I adjust as necessary. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist whose goal is to assist clients in returning to normalcy as they define it. I have experience working with adults with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, substance dependence and more, as well as offer religious counseling.
The therapeutic relationship between a clinician and client is imperative to a successful outcome so I strive to ensure I create an environment that not only feels but also is safe, non-judgmental, and a space where one feels comfortable being open and vulnerable.
