Many of my clients grew up in families where emotions were confusing, minimized, or overwhelming. Others are first responders or veterans burned out from silently carrying too much. As an Asian-American son of immigrants, I understand the complicated layers of culture, identity, and family expectations that impact our relationships to others and ourselves.
