My virtual practice maintains a small caseload, enabling me to build meaningful connections and provide the highest quality of care while still offering flexibility for when life happens.
With over a decade in the field, my experiences have prepared me to provide a collaborative, structured and strengths-based approach while maintaining a person-centered focus. I am certified in trauma therapy and include crisis/emotional regulation, psychoeducation and coaching in session to help build insight, resilience and practical tools for daily life.
If you're feeling overwhelmed or exhausted from holding it all together, you're not alone and it can get better. My role is to provide support and be attuned to your needs. What is done in session can be translated back into different environments to provide a well-rounded, holistic healing experience in a truly intentional and supportive experience.
