When you arrive at our office, we want to feel comfortable as soon as you open the door. Our welcoming environment provides you the setting to feel like, well, you! My goal for You First Integrative Wellness is to develop a one stop shop for your self-care needs. If you are looking for a little relaxation, get a massage. If you are looking for a someone to bounce ideas off of, meet with one of our wellness, executive functioning, or career coaches. If you need a more in-depth conversation to develop deep insight, we have mental health counselors. You can do these in an individual or a group setting. We are here for you.
At You First Integrative Wellness, we take a holistic approach and want to assist our clients with a team-based approach. We offer a mix of counseling, wellness coaches, and even massage therapy. At You First, your self-care is the priority.
