I specialize in helping male adults and older teens struggling with anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, self-worth issues, Bachurim issues,perfectionism, life transitions, relationship challenges, and feeling disconnected from themselves.
Many of my clients are high-functioning but internally overextended, carrying pressure that is difficult to turn off.
My approach uses IFS, while using my emotional attunement to your emotions as my guide.
