My clients are often thoughtful, sensitive, kind, and reflective people who are searching for something more in life. Many have spent years trying to be who they think they should be, responsible, productive, agreeable, successful while feeling increasingly disconnected from who they actually want be. They are looking for a space where their experiences can be understood not only as individual suffering, but also in the context of relationships, family, and culture. Together we work toward connection, self-trust, authenticity, meaning, and what a good life could be.

I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can examine your life honestly and develop a stronger relationships. My approach is relational, attachment-informed, and attentive to the social and cultural contexts that shape suffering. Therapy with me is less about fixing yourself and more about building clarity, self-trust, and choice.
