My goal is to create a safe container in which you can explore your emotions and relationship issues without judgment. I am deeply committed to supporting you on your journey toward self-awareness, healing, and growth. I work with adults, couples, teens and families from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities and collaborate with clients to tailor our sessions to their unique needs.
In addition to psychodynamic and behavioral psychotherapy, I also offer ketamine assisted therapy that can help one explore deep parts of their psyche. When done in a supportive setting, this type of psychedelic therapy can help lower psychological defenses and approach afflictions such as depression, anxiety, and trauma from a different perspective.
