I offer a safe space for those who are struggling in relationships or battling self-destructive patterns. Many of my clients have experienced difficulty earlier in their lives and are seeking to understand their current challenges, heal past wounds, and cultivate healthier connections. They want to regain control of their lives and find greater fulfillment.
Drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychodynamic therapy, I guide individuals through their journey of healing, where they can explore their experiences, develop coping skills, and cultivate a sense of empowerment.
