I have extensive experience in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression and panic disorder. As a therapist, I draw on research-tested methods including EMDR, TRM and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Art and Narrative therapies to help each individual regain a sense of peace and wholeness.
I love working with families of special needs children as well as attachment and behavioral challenges. I help families thrive and connect in meaningful ways. I am bilingual English/Spanish and I offer culturally sensitive counseling. I also bring passion and insight to clients facing aging and late life transitions.
