Working with clients who need the support of learning to process Big Feelings, from age 5-25, making a case-by-case exception for youth ages 3-4. Looking to support individuals with ADHD, ASD, Anxiety, and Depression. Limited evening hours available.
My main focus of service is a combination of Talk-therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-focused Therapy (SFT) for young adults. When working with younger youth, I use Child-Centered Play Therapy because play is the way children communicate.
Teaching people emotional regulation and how to cope with, explore, and communicate challenging feelings are the general goals for treatment. Sometimes a trusted adult outside the family can be a useful resource in meeting these goals. Trust me to be that resource for you or your loved one. Contact the office Monday through Friday.
