Hi, my name is Yolanda Siegmeth. I am an LCSW, and I offer a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts, challenges, relationships, history, and desired changes. My focus areas of practice include anxiety, depression, family conflict, self-esteem, trauma, grief and loss, coping skills, chronic illness, parenting, narcissistic personalities, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is adapted to meet the needs of the person I am working with. Collaboratively we can work towards your improved mental health and relationships.
Common theoretical approaches I use in treatment are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Coping Skills Training, Insight Oriented Therapy, Life Review Therapy, Relaxation Techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Anger Management.
