I enjoy working with teens and adults, with a special interest in BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ mental health. I provide a safe space for clients to identify feelings and utilize EMDR therapy to help client process past traumas. I have a passion for working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, difficulty saying "NO" to others, and childhood trauma. I have experience working with young adults as they work towards finding their identity while transitioning towards the exciting and sometimes scary transition into adulthood.
I am especially sensitive to the experiences of marginalized groups and am passionate about working with clients from diverse backgrounds cultures and sexual orientations.
