My clients are women struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship distress, past trauma, and adjusting to significant life changes. My ideal client is also a busy professional, trying to balance family, career, community, and social demands while maintaining self-care and mental health. Some of my clients are also individuals and couples experiencing mental health symptoms and /or adjustment issues due to separation or divorce.
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I am trained in evidence-based counseling interventions that help individuals challenge unhelpful core beliefs and thoughts. As a professionally trained educator, I also teach my clients coping skills to help regulate emotions and change unproductive behaviors to live a more fulfilling and peaceful life.
I have successfully navigated some of the same challenges that you are facing. Emotional healing, mental wellness, and improved relationships take strategic work but do not have to take forever.
